Dale A. Masi is Professor Emeritus, University of Maryland, where she chaired the Employee Assistance Specialization. Dr. Masi is a Resident Scholar at Catholic University, where she directs the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) International Online Certificate Program. She is President and CEO of Masi Research Consultants, Inc., a Boston company specializing in EAP design, implementation, training and evaluation. She is the author of 15 books and more than 70 articles dealing with EAPs, evaluation and various mental health issues. Dr. Masi holds a doctorate from the Catholic University of America and was the recipient of a post-doctoral research award from the American Association of University Women. She is a Fulbright Scholar and has consulted in 45 countries for the U.S. State Department and other international organizations. She is a NASW Social Work Pioneer in Employee Assistance and the first recipient of the International Rhoda G. Sarnat Award.
