Patrick Venditti has more than 30 years of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies to reduce their workers’ compensation exposures and costs. He currently serves as Executive Director of BJC HealthCare’s Corporate Health Services Division, where he oversees occupational medicine clinics, BJC’s self-insured, the self-administered workers’ compensation program for 33,000+ employees and volunteers, and numerous other areas that target occupational healthcare services, wellness programs and case management to area employers. In 2009, BJC HealthCare received the Risk & Insurance’s Theodore Roosevelt Award for Outstanding Workers’ Compensation and Disability Management. Venditti has served as Board President of the Missouri Self Insurers Association since 2006. He was appointed in 2012 to the Advisory Board of the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Management Conference. He has presented numerous times on the state and national levels and is considered one of the country’s leading experts in workers’ compensation cost containment and medical management issues.
